I'm interested in booking a wedding ring workshop how does it work?

This workshop gives you exclusive use of the workshop to make your completely unique wedding rings and expert tuition from Rebecca. The experience starts with an initial consultation to discuss options, size your fingers, find the right styles for you, decide on what materials you wish to use and get your workshop date booked in. On the day of the workshop you will begin with practice rings in silver so you feel at ease when working on the real thing! Included in the price is an afternoon tea box from a local catering company for you and your partner to share on lunch. At the end of the workshop you get a Rebecca Oldfield Jewellery wedding ring box to keep them safe in until the big day and a glass of bubbles to celebrate.

Are there any additional prices for the workshops?

For the wedding ring workshops the additional prices are discussed at the initial consultation - the workshop cost does not include material for the wedding rings (e.g. gold), hallmarking, engraving or stone setting.

Are there any discounts?

There are discounts available for group booking (5+ participants) use the workshop booking form to find out more and for combining 2 - 3 workshops into a full day making.

How do the gift vouchers work?

Gift vouchers can be purchased online in the forms of a printed gift wrapped voucher which can be delivered to yourself or recipient (these are wonderful presents for people!) or online in the form of an E voucher which can be emailed to you or the recipient. All vouchers expire 12months from purchase date.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

There is a 14 day cancellation deadline you may cancel up to 14 days prior to the workshop for a refund. Cancellations within 14 days can be rescheduled but not refunded. Bookings are non-refundable if they are made 14 days or less before the commencement of your workshop date. If you want to make changes to your booking after 14 days of purchase you must email me at least 2 weeks before your workshop date, and I will do my best to move you to a different date or workshop. If you are unable to accept any dates I offer within a period of six months from your original workshop then I may cancel your booking and retain the fee.
